Qunol Liquid Turmeric
My wife and I use this product with our daughter who has cronic inflamation issues and have found it to be effective and cost effective. Our daughter also really likes the taste.

MCT Oil C8
There are two main types of MCT oils, C8 and C10. While both have their destinct and combined benefits, C8 oil produces more ketones and is the best for weightloss and energy. This alternative product contain roughly 60% C8 and 40% C10 and a little bit of C12 and is significantly cheaper and could be a better choice if gut health is your main priority. Make sure the MCT oil you purchase is foodgrade.
